Head office recruitment
The process varies depending upon the level of the role applied for but typically it will involve an initial interview with the recruiting manager. If successful, the candidate will be invited to a second competency based interview with another departmental manager and a representative from HR. Depending upon the level of the role a personality questionnaire and some psychometric tests may be undertaken as part of this second stage.
Field management recruitment
Our process for recruiting into our Field based roles involves an initial competency based interview, which if successful, is followed by an invitation to attend a half day assessment centre. This consists of an interview, a presentation, psychometric tests, a personality questionnaire and an observed exercise. Success at this event will lead to a job offer.
